Refund Policy

Cancellation

The User may cancel the Services at any time by providing written notice to the Company. If the User cancels the Services prior to the start of the project, the User will receive a full refund of any payments made to the Company. If the User cancels the Services after the start of the project, the User will be charged for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

The User may be eligible for a refund of any payments made to the Company in the following circumstances:

  • The Services provided by the Company are materially different from the Services outlined in the agreement between the User and the Company.
  • The Company is unable to provide the Services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the Company ceasing operations or bankruptcy.
  • The Company has not started work on the project within 30 days of the payment being received.
Refund Process

If the User is eligible for a refund, the Company will process the refund within 30 days of receiving written notice from the User. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the User.

Limitations

The Company is not responsible for any third-party fees or expenses incurred by the User in relation to the Services, and such fees or expenses will not be refunded. The Company is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the User, such as delays in providing necessary information or approvals.
